Hi Frank! I have some bright green Terotuf ready to be machined now.

As far as material sent to us, we have done it before under certain circumstances. I prefer not to, for a couple of reasons. 1) If I mess up my material, no big deal. If I mess up someone else's material and can't replace it, that is a problem. 2) Not all materials work well with our process and sometimes it is not clear before we try. The Shadetree phenolic seemed like a good idea, but it did not work with our process. 3) Our process is not well set up for one off production. If a particular material is to be used it would have to fit in with scheduled production.

Hello jo,
Yes it all makes sense !...the reason that I asked is that I came across a website called makers material supply and they have a product called sky blue terotuf handle scale material and I like the color of the sky blue terotuf and the idea of having some sky blue terotuf handle scales with the blue heated ti fasteners for my UF2!...

Jo's customer service is second to none imo and her reply to my question about sending them raw handle scales material to be made into CPK handle scales is a example of her excellent customer service!...

I saw this was confirmed in another thread, I believe ANAQ. I remember Lorien said it was going to be this way also so I grabbed a few extra sets when the first DEK sales were happening.

So much for being quick to respond. Sorry! I have some that I could ship if you are interested. The TeroTuf scales are $60 a set (with hardware) and $8 for US shipping. If you would like some, please send me an email and I will send you an invoice. I do have 160 emails right now, but I will be working on those for the next couple days. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Well you did say you would let me know as soon as they were ready to ship so no biggie plus it's the holiday season and covid is still in full swing ! So I will always consider your's/cpk customer service as first rate !
Quick question if I buy these scales could I also get the blue heated ti fasteners for the hardware? If so since my UF2 pre-order has not shipped yet is there any chance I could get these terotuf handle scales installed on my UF2 with the double edge grind ?... as always thanks for all your help and I hope to hear from you soon

I'm sorry Chester, that particular cocobolo is gone. We will consider running some wood scales but honestly I hadn't thought about it yet.
