Not yet. There is still sword stuff and DEK1 on the horizontal so I'm just profiling right now but once the big Mori opens up I'll start beveling. Maybe by the end of next week. I'm going to attempt a bi-bevel to reduce binding while splitting wood. This will approximate the geometry and duplicate the functionality of the original in ways that most reproductions don't, but it will be my first time attempting that kind of geometry. We'll see.

What resin do you like for stabilizing wood? Ive got some Russian olive that would make good scales, but Ive not touched it yet due to ignorance.
