Thanks everyone. I really enjoyed making this knife. It was a stretch, as didn't really know what a yanagi was when I started. I had to do a lot of research and rely on input from the buyer to get it right, but I think it came out well. Learning new blade styles, especially ones that revolve around food production, is really fun for me and I look forward to future challenges.
