The Baron Bowie - WIP.

Incredible Work Berardo!! Very didactic this post! I saw this knife in Sao Paulo and I really liked to see the step-by-step.
Thank you for showing!
Congratulations!
Hugs my Friend!

Holy Cow... Geez this is some nice...

What a great way to showcase such a wonderful knife.

What a journey, what fine knife! Thanks for taking the pictures. I am continually impressed with the amount of talent and effort it takes for a fine forged damascus knife.

An sbsolutely beautiful pc of damascus. What is manganese phosphate in laymans' terms and what effect does it have on the damascus?

Glad you're back, Eduardo !
Thanks for the thread, that's a superb piece !

Hello everybody. I'm really glad you liked it. Actually this was very beautiful knife.
John, the manganese phosphate is responsible for the high contrast of damascus. It leaves the black carbon steel.
Hugs,
Eduardo Berardo

You hit the ball to the stratosphere.
Absolutely outstanding.
Great WIP pictures also.
Thank you for sharing and I'm really interested in Gustavo comment but I'm suspecting it would be OT here.

A simple knife in conception, but you continue adding the necessary to make it an eye catcher!
Congratulations!!!

I think you really love your profession. That is the only way I imagine you aren't full time yet...

Eduardo that is a beautiful piece for sure. The damascus as always is first class and what a great piece of ivory. You sure can build a nice knife and it is great to see your work again. I hope we all get to see more soon. Glad the job is working out well for you but you are missed by us collectors.

Great work, Jon
