In all my years of Backyard butcherie, Pigs, beef, goats, Deer, moose, elk, the neighbor I don't likes, dog, (joking) I have never seen a blade cut like this through large masses of meat, took my virgin mistress LE and readied a top sirloin for the grill and freezer a little while ago, Wish I were good at pictures as I do not know a butcher with a blade like this, Costco does not have one! This is its first use as I can never seem to blemish a sweet blade! (beef blood washes off) 25 LBS of sirloin reduced to the most beautiful cuts, Boss you have a new MARKET for these! What a way to spend the day, New England Game DINNER to follow tonight @ 6:00 PM,MAXIMUM HOGGIN ! Porkbound1 Must take the culte for the steak!!! Great weekend everyone!!!
