Greetings All:

For your consideration is this large bowie in CPM-154/Premium Desert Ironwood Burl. This was a special order that I goofed on the measurements, so this is up for sale.....ah, the tough life of a custom knife maker! The swedge is sharpened from the point to the spine - from that point it tapers back to the guard. The primary grinds were ground on a large diameter platen - this bowie is surprisingly light for its size. A few words on construction - the dropped ricasso is designed to make the guard slot large enough to slide the guard over the handle. The slot is machined .005" undersize and driven on for a seamless fit because the blade shows through the underside of the guard. Superb fit and finish. I hope you like it! The first "I'll take it," PM, or email gets it. $725 delivered CONUS. Paypal preferred to tksteingass@frontier.com. Thanks for viewing my work and your comments are welcome.

V/R,

TK

Now that's a nice looking knife, really like the handle and guard.
