I've had the KME guided sharpening system for 4-5 years. I recently wanted to order some new stones and replace the jaw backing plate. Calling to place the order was a pleasure. The person I spoke with knew the product and seemed genuinely interested in helping. I was informed the backing plate was a warranty part, so no charge for it. They also answered questions I had about the Arkansas stones. That was a Friday morning. I received tracking information a couple hours later and received the order on Monday. A customer service experience like this makes using a product I already enjoy even better.
