This is the BM Model 62 Balisong. This knife have Stainless Steel Handles and a D2 Blade. This is a Limited Edition "First Production Run" knife, 1 of 300 units made. This knife is # 171.
Condition Note: 99 % as received from factory, the only spot that's on the knife is the small scratches on the safe handle from where the latch comes into contact with it, as seen in the pics.

13. Benchmade Model 31S Pre-Production Run Model (#457 / 500)

This is the Benchmade Model 31S , this is a great little EDC balisong, the titanium channel constructed handles are both stout and relatively light weight. This is the predecessor to the Model 32. These are relatively difficult to come by these days as they have been long since discontinued.
Condition Note: Approximately 80 % as new. There are a multitude of small scratches all over the knife, both the blade as well as the handles. There are some small "chips" in the blade edge that could be easily done away with with a nice sharpening job. There are also a few light specs of rust on both sides of the blade (as seen in the pics). This knife DOES NOT come with the original box / papers / pouch. This would make for a GREAT EDC and user knife. It locks up strong in both opened and closed positions.

This is an ULTRA RARE BM 42A Pre-Production Run knife. There were only 200 of these produced in total and have been discontinued for a LONG time. This is an excellent knife all around, the BM42 to the balisong community is like the 1911 to the handgun community. Truly venerable.
Condition Note: Condition here is about 99% , the blade is practically flawless with the exception of a very minor scuff mark on one of the ears of the blade. (as highlighted in the pics). The handle is also virtually flawless with the exception of some of the ano being rubbed off of the latch.... really it's not a handle issue as much as it's a latch issue. This knife comes with the original box, papers and pouch. Blade has never been used to cut and is all original / unsharpened. This knife is in incredibly good shape, considering it's age. Lockup is remarkable solid in both open and closed positions.

This is a rare, vintage all American Made Smith and Wesson "U.S. Army" Tanto Model Automatic. These were made in the mid to latter 80's to the early 90's. These knives are of great quality. The Handles are Black Anodized 6061 T6 Aircraft Grade Aluminum. The Knife comes with the original box. The blade on this model is bead blasted.
Condition Note: Approximately 96%, There are a couple light scratches on the blade, only visible under the right light. There are also a couple light scuffs on the handle. The edge appears to be all original and unsharpened.

This is a RARE BM 41 S.S. Limited Edition Balisong. This is a non numbered knife and as such I'm not sure how many Limited Editions were produced in total but the knife has been discontinued for a LONG time. This is an excellent knife that features some design options there are worth noting that separates it from the majority of the rest of the 4X series of Benchmades. Initially, it features Zen pins as well as a 'upgrade' D2 Blade. It's also Stainless Steel Channel handles, vs. that of the Titanium handles that the majority of the BM 4X series of balisongs had.
Condition Note: Condition is 98% + , there are only a couple light scuff marks on the handles, the blade is 100%, edge is all original and unsharpened. Comes with the original box, pouch and papers. Solid lock up both ways.

These button-lock auto knives have been designed with the closest possible tolerances on state-of-the-art CAD/CAM computer aided design equipment. These are super fast and lock up solid. They are CNC milled in-house by GT Knives. The Drop Point blade is coated with a wear-resistant titanium nitride finish. The handle features CNC machined 6061-T6 anodized aluminum with textured grip and a pocket clip to match. One unique feature of the GT series is that the pivot point of the blade is actually the firing button! Serrated blade version. This knife comes with the original box.
