The BK7 as far as I'm taking it...for now

one of these days i will post the set of Ash scales i put on my bk7. ash is pretty, not slick, and takes a loooooong time to rot. i also stripped the black off mine and blued the steel. i made a leather sheath for mine, it is a mountain man/indian type with a single slot in the side for the belt. the sheath rides between your pants and belt.

I'd like to see those ash scales. I do some woodworking, I was thinking about making some scales using the black plastic ones for the template, use a router bit with a ball-bearing guide against the original plastic scales to cut the pattern.
 
I wanna see the ash scales too.

I told you about their shipping. Just be patient they'll arrive. Just... slowly.
 
i'll see if i can get my wife to take some pics tonight and i will probably have to email them to somebody to post as i am a real dits when it comes to picture posting.
 
guys i have some pics taken of the ash scales, but i will need an email address to send them to for somone to post for me. i do not know how to post pics. they are on a kodak easyshare system on the computer.
