The Blade shop???.. worried

i just ordered a Tracker T2 which is a gift for one of good buddies who is getting married, im traveling up to see him on wednesday. i orderd fri night with next day shipping so i figured i would get it on tuesday. i wish i did more research now im worried....

hopefully all goes well.......:confused:
 
You just might want to have a "Plan B" in case the Tracker is not in your hand Wednesday...
 
i sent him an email and will call Mon morning.. if not i will cancel the order and call my bank. and place an order to a more reliable business.... I grew up working in a local gun/pawn shop and i never had any problems getting stuff in the mail. i just dont understand.
 
The Blade Shop is the last place you should order from if you need something in a hurry. They seem to be little more than a drop shipper. When they get an order they then order it from someone else who ships it to the customer. Unless you are ordering one of the few knives they have in stock, you are not likely to get it in a timely manner. They are also pathetic at communication.
 
I just posted about this problem on the auto forum. I ordered a benchmade 9050 AFO from them and they indicated on the web site and e-mail that they had the knife. That was over a month and a half ago and still no knife. No reply to my e-mail. Everyone is quick to get your card # and then you wonder if the knife will arrive. This has been my experience so far. If I wanted the knife in 2 months I would have ordered it in 2 months.

Keith- If I would have read this forum I would have saved alot of time and money. The higher priced places are looking better every week!

I'm on knife dealer #4 and still trying to get the model that I want. I'll check in later and either post a pic of my new knife or a list of places to avoid buying from.
