Well,
i have just received my beautiful 550SBKHGSN Griptilian.
...and i couldn't be happier.
After my initial miscommunication with the bladeshop,we exchanged mature, straightforward emails that got me the info i was seeking when i wanted it.
i was told to expect my knife on thursday and here it is.
every issue i had turned out to be a non-issue or it was resolved.
i recommend you do business with them.

when i placed my order i was basing it off of the picture right in front of my face on your site, which showed a griptilian with an Oval thumb hole. and i received a griptilian with a Circular hole, as you can see above. everything turned out ok though, because i think this version feels more comfortable than the oval hole i looked at in the army surplus store.
but this sort of thing could matter greatly in other cases, and its very important for knives like griptilians that already have so many blade and handle options.
regardless, consider me a satisfied customer.
