Hello everybody!
I managed to scratch the finish on this one while working on the handle, it's just an aesthetic problem and the knife works as it should! Due to this, I decided just to put an edge on it and list it for sale as is (I didn't even oil the handle yet), it'd be a perfect companion for someone who wants to use it without caring about ruining the finish. With that been said, the price is less than half the original price!
Along with the knife there is an additional surprise which I may reveal only if the buyer wants to.
Steel: San mai O2 core with mild steel cladding.
Handle: Pear wood with stainless steel pins.
Dimensions:
Overall lenght: 18 cm - 7.08''
Blade lenght: 7 cm - 2.75''
Blade widght: 3.5 cm - 1.37''
Blade thickness: 3 mm - 0.118''
Handle lenght: 10.5 cm - 4.13''
It has a full flat grind, hand rubbed finished and finally etched in ferric chloride. On this one I forged the bevels a bit prior grinding them which resulted in the wavy pattern on the steel.
It comes without a sheath as is, a sheath can be made for an additional 20$.
