Fred Rowe knife grinding bubble jig system and EDU, edge retention utility knife sharpener. They both come with everything you need to help and assists in knife grinding and sharpening.
There are plenty of videos showing the use of both of these. The ERU has a belt clip on the back of the leather sheath. Not sure if the ERU are being made anymore.
