"the buckeye razor"

i bought this razor at an antique flea market in britain about 18 yrs. ago. handle says ART (with a circle around it), and, george butler, trinity works, sheffield. handle is horn ?
any info on possible age or quality ?

GOINS' ENCYCLOPEDIA says 1865 to present. He said the company was still in business in the 1990's. It appears to be late 1800's from my collecting experience as the makers tended to phase out horn in early 1900's in favor of plastic for the lower end razors. My razor books say it is perhaps a $10.00 razor. The best way to determine value is to look at ebay closing values for similar razors.
