This is one kick butt knife... I have several, all very individual with different handles, some thicker, some thinner, some figured wood, some badass pinecone and each has a different metal variety. I think I like my 01 with bolsters and micarta the most. The hollow grind, is really fun in the kitchen and with wood. It's thin behind the edge, but quickly tapers, causing wood to split and food to peel away. I like it! I thought I'd share a few pics. Notice how it petite diced an overly ripe tomato; pretty impressive. I took this same knife into the woods on a 3 day trip week before last, it was a great versatile knife!
