In my two years and 5 months as a Busse dealer I set up at a lot of shows.
I noticed early on that people checking the edge, and not being used to the type of edge that Busse was using at the time(#60 grit coarse I think then Buffed Asym)
Would pretty commonly cut them selves and bleed for a while over the table before noticing.
What I did to make this happen less was to put a line of completly unsharpened knives along the edge of the table and to put up little signs saying that the knives were sharp and to have a few Bandaids placed between the knives.
Lots of the bandaids got used.
It was not unusual for a person to get cut testing the edge and then to buy the knife.
