THE BUSSE CHAT THREAD!

I know it. I'm not used to the mudders on a Rat.
Anyways, these came uncoated with a polished finish and that sheath was an optional purchase you could make at the time of order. This one is SR 101 and approx 3/16 thick.
The D2 version which came out before this one was 1/8 and was the first of the mudders.

I’d forgotten about that knife—thanks. Great design. Would love to find one of the original thin ones in D2.

I bought my SR101 Bog Dog from that guy through a PM while on the search for a scrapper 5. It was a smooth transaction.
That D2 version is too rich for my blood just now.

Same here. Plus after looking closer at the D2 BD specs, the blade’s not all that much shorter or thinner than my modded S5LE’s, which are some of my favorite knives all time. Could be why I didn’t buy a BD earlier.

Do you have a mud mutt?
That is a very useful knife. I end up grabbing that most times I need to use a medium sized fixed blade. Do I want one in 4 ish inches? yes I do.
But that doesn't take anything away from the standard one. 2019, not 2014 version.

I like that blade profile, but again, not enough difference compared to my S5LE’s to make me pull the trigger.

One thing I am sure of—If Jerry/Dan ever make a Mud Mutt in satin INFI, there’s no way I could resist.

Anybody know who I need to email to get on the ScrapYard Forum?
I've signed up twice now and I never get the email saying I'm in.
I've read somewhere around these parts, that I'm supposed to email someone.

I only see the Busse and Swamp Rat Forums listed on Manufacturer Forums. Perhaps it’s no longer amongst the living.

Oh yeah, that's right, It doesn't exist & I never saw it, Wink, Wink. I see you workin'.

I was watching the audition show for Halloween Wars on Food Network, and there is a fire fighter that makes cakes part time. Anyway, it showed him cutting one of his cakes with a Team Gemini.

No way! That's cool!

I just checked your helpful link. And it looks like it’s a separate entity from BF. Thanks.
