It feels hand shaped doesn't it. I thought the same thing about my FMV6 in Stonewashed vs the standard handle on the coated finish, both excellent but the handle on the stonewashed knife feels closer to a custom shop level of texture.Hmmm so that's what it is. I have stonewashed warpath and I thought it was hand shaped micarta option.

Yes! I think that these are wearing their handles for at least 1 round in the stonewash tumbler & the G-10 gets the same smoothing effect as the micarta.Does the Stonewash process do this to G-10 as well?
