I handle my bk 11 all the time. Went to sharpen it yesterday and pulled it out of the sheath i made for it , and walked out of the dr's with 4 stitches across my finger :)

Has anyone else ever noticed how absolutely sexy the BK-2 is? ;) I mean, that long slender blade, and where it meets the handle. All the right curves in all the right places. The beautiful sleek line along the spine from head to toe. How it makes you feel as you run your fingers down its length. sigh...

I think I need professional help!
 
Guilty as charged. Wipe the oil of them, cut a tomato, re-oil them and pack them away again untill next week. I need to get out to the woods more often.
 
*whew* My wife told me I have a problem. Now I see that there's at least a few of us who will just randomly play with our Becker's. I think I'll just consider this my support group...:D
 
My BK2 doesn't even have a spot in my draw, it has pride of place on my bedside table. I fondle it several times a day (oopps did I write that???)
 
I've woken up at 2:00am every night for the past month, because thats when my bk2 normally rolls out of bed for a late night snack. Its very fond of, "fresh from the tree" maple syrup.

Hey...how do you know me? Or are you spying on me? ;) I admit...I'll sometimes I'll handle both my Bk2 and my Bk7 while watching ray mears...
 
I stopped frequently pulling out my larger blades cause I don't want to scare or intimidate a room mate of their lady friends. So I normally just play with my folders. This Thread did remind me that I need to touch up the edge on my BK-9. Thanks! :thumbup:
 
if one didn't know any better you'd think these were sexual innuendo's.. :eek:
