The Corsican

Here's a snap of the handle, superb ivory...

Don't ask me how much time I spent fitting the handle to the guard and buttcap, all done by hand...no mills, templates, jigs or the like but well worth it when it's all done :D

I'm curious to know what exactly people find weird, odd or out of wack with some of my designs - anybody willing to enlighten me? :)

I find them to be extremely unique, which may for some, fit the description you provided. The way I see it, you are enlightening us. Like an Artist does.

Great work Anders. Nice Hamon, cool fittings, great ivory and than little domed pin sets it off.

Thanks for showing it here!

I love it, Anders - wonderful lines, and that long sweeping cutting edge looks something fierce.

Nice to know...and a lot better than hearing I'm wasting your time. Will you be at Blade?

I'm going to try for it Anders, but I doubt I'll be able to afford the trip this year. We'll see, I might win the lottery! (not that I gamble, but I sometimes get a ticket for the occasional birthday gift- not that I have a birthday between then and now...) oh well, we'll see what we see, but I'd love to be there!

I'm scheduled to be there at my usual table, come see me if you are able to make it the show. Always happy to talk knives :)

Thank you all, glad you like what I've made here. Over and out - shop time! :)
