Bosse, that was a great read. Very interesting to learn the ways of boyhood in your country.

I spent all of my free time after school and chores in the woods or on the ponds in my local area. No transportation other than my two legs. A lot of what you did parallels my own boyhood and it brings back a lot of memories and good times. Thanks for the story.

Thankyou for your story Bosse, after reading it once, I've fetched my Great Grandfathers knife from WW1. I held it in my hand whilst I read your story again.
There is something very moving & emotional about owning knives that your ancestors owned & used in times good & bad.
Thankyou for helping me connect with that feeling again.
