The Cowbell Build Thread

I've gain about 7# back when I'm sick or have some sort of issue I go off my diet and take in extra calories to promote good nutritional balance for healing. I't not that hard to take it off especially being spring is right around to corner and I can get back out on my bike.

Ha,ha,ha, you're right the first pic was my Linkedin photo when I was locking for a new job since the hospital I worked at closed. The second is a quick pick i had my son take of me .

Two reasons that I leave the welt sticking out all goofy. I can use it to straighten things out in a vice after forming it and it let's me trim it flush after its dried.

Both sheaths are casing in a toaster oven right now, I'll pull them out every once in a while and re straighten them.
