I dig those Golden Trout scales. The Opal G10 isn't so bad either .

I’ve asked for that in here before! Pushed for it even. I would LOVE a Redmeadow filet knife with a GCarta fish pattern for scales. Some of their past Brook Trout blocks have been pretty cool.

I can see the resemblance:

Two of the just a couple three places in the world ya can drive to and catch goldens. These were identified for me by F&G biologist as golden hybrids cause they were different than the purebred goldens I had caught in years past. But they predated digital photography so no pics of those guys.

Not sure if it was golden trout but I read in Chuck Yeager’s book that he and his buddies would fish for trout when they had their outdoor adventures.
