Coyote Trapper Bowie

This knife has so many cool elements and is already famous! The blade steel is canister damascus that includes vintage Newhouse trap springs given to me by Wyman Menizer, the "state photographer of Texas." The trap spring canister steel is clad over a 250 layer random damascus core. The guard is of the trap spring billet. The handle material is a pair of coyote jaws inlaid into a 1912 bois d' arc wood handle. There's a 1942 copper trap tag included for good measure, as well as copper pins. Overall length is 14.25" with a 9.25" blade. The right handed sheath features a coyote face and leather fringe. This knife and sheath are sole authorship. This knife has been published in Knife Magazine, has been on the cover of Blade Magazine, was used in the Blade Texas promotional material and will also be featured in the Knives 2023 book. You'll never see another one like it.

Price is $4000.

Damascus from Damascus

Here is a mosaic canister damascus small Bowie. This steel is made of end cuts from other damascus projects, welded with powdered steel back into a solid piece of blade material, so it's not redundant to say this is damascus made of damascus. The handle is a fine piece of sambar stag, and the fittings are wrought iron. Overall length is 11.5" with a 6.5" blade. Right hand sheath. $1000

Here's a short video talking about this knife and the material. The video also shows the revealing of the pattern through the etching process.
