SOLD

old stock hard thin Field Knife in Delta 3V with antique edge cut micarta and original kydex vertical sheath with tek lok
. I was first in the June 10 sale to get this new old stock piece from memory lane.

New and unused,

asking MSRP plus shipping and fees, Scroll down for a few unedited pictures.

About this knife:

These have developed the code name "bad idea"

"We have a few harder thinner versions available today and a few hard thin with swedge

If you're looking for a relatively hard, relatively thin, medium sized Field Knife that is quite durable, cuts like a laser beam and has a fantastic very well thought-out handle, this is one of the best patterns we've ever made and I feel it is one of the best knives of its kind.

The price includes a fantastic sheath and the cost of domestic shipping. Additional shipping charges do not accrue with multiples. If you're an oversea customer please be aware there are additional shipping charges.

This is a fantastic medium/small woods knife and general purpose cutting tool for tradesmen and hunters. Every aspect of this is dialed in for long term cutting performance and designed for safety, durability and comfort. The handle, which is less slab sided than the original to facilitate turned grips used in bushcraft, is some of our best work. The steel and heat treat is some of the best in the world. The blade shape and grind geometry are made to cut well but never fail you. The sheath is fantastic. The original Field Knife was one of our most popular patterns ever but I think you'll find the new Field Knife 2 is even better. I'm proud of this pattern and I think it represents some of our best work.

There are a few extra of a harder thinner variation available as a special request at no extra charge. The standard version is already relatively hard and thin so the harder thinner version is probably a bad idea, but if you want to special order a bad idea we have a few available for this sale."

These sheaths are designed to fit the one-off K18 consequence dagger.

The price for these little guys is $185usd, plus $25 shipping to the US. I know it's a lot and I feel a little bad about charging that much, but they were extremely time consuming to make and I think represent my best work so far. They do come with a DCC clip and a nifty coaster, if that helps.

They are made from 8-10oz veg tan leather, hot packed in-house and hand stitched with this great .5mm round, waxed polyester thread I sourced. Super strong stuff. I've been carrying a prototype sheath for several months and it's performing as it should.

Your knife will not fall out of this sheath under normal circumstances, but if you're jumping out of airplanes or doing high impact activity out there somewhere, a safety strap is highly recommended. I haven't made any for these, but I could down the road. Although the retention of these sheaths is quite good, I built in the capability for a safety strap just in case.

You'll notice that each sheath is a little different from the next, and not just due to variations in the hide, but coloration of the thread used. Which is why they are numbered- if you like one more than the rest just let me know the number and it's yours.

There are eleven available, and there won't be more for the foreseeable future. I'll keep track of everything and we should avoid bunging up the thread with this so hit me up with a DM if you want one or have any questions.

Dek1 FOUND Thx BF!
Sold Moms old Town and Country to a bud looking to help his chick out yesterday. Didnt want to as it was one of the few things she left behind but its just been sitting for years. He gave me $400 for it and Id like to use that $ to buy something I will love and cherish and hopefully pass down someday to the pnut in my hunnys belly 🤞

Ideally a sheathless fk1 or edc3 as I do not own either of those but I would also possibly consider something else like a fk2 or?. Probably just not keps/ufs as I already have multiples.

For good measure a pic of my first user cpk. Gifted it to said good bud as well last night. Come on good juju 😁 thx BFs

Want to trade this very rare (100 were made.. this is #14) Busse Aftershock Bolo in Infi with a Buy Brown kydex for a Carothers chopper of some kind. Need something over 8" preferably.. conditon can be used just not beaten to hell. I've been wanting to try one out for a while. I hate to let this go as I just got it but I have plenty of Busse choppers. Never touched anything of CPK's over ~5.5" and been wanting to swing one of these things at some wood.16590228757505427888703468698093.jpg16590229125201947565592462925388.jpg
