I double checked the edge. It doesn’t look to be damaged at all. I will not say with 100% certainty that it isn’t though. I would be worried that there is some small flaw in it. Overall it is almost perfect except for the marks but it will always be considered a light user at the least. I hope that can help. Let me know if you need additional pictures or any other questions about it.

Now I will be haunting this section of Nathan’s forum. I’ve decided I still need a FK.

I’m still very appreciative that I was helped to get an EDC2. It’s worn every day. Rather than satisfy me, living the Carothers experience has only made me want the FK more!

I hope someone decides they can part with one. Unbuffed Micarta would be a plus but not required.

Ian80’s only lasted 16 minutes!

Updated to say the FK is now being paid for and will be incoming after the check clears. But that HDFK is tempting!

Looking to sell another spare. EDC (not EDC2) in D3V with maroon linen handles, includes JouFuu leather sheath that is shown. Also includes original vertical sheath, not shown.

Knife is unused as far as I can recall, may have cut a piece of foam once. Sheath hasn't been worn.

Black Micarta, Rick Lowe Sheath with small tek-lock. This has been carried and used lightly. Handled more than used, really. Its still crazy sharp and I can't recall ever sharpening it. I'll ship USPS Priority the day after payment. PM me with any questions. Only trades I might be interested in are, of course, more Carothers knifes. ;)

For sale today is a BRAND NEW HDFK in D2! Comes with unbuffed natural micarta scales and the factory kydex sheath with the tec lok included. Hasn’t been carried, hasn’t cut a thing, but it did get a wipe down with RemOil to keep away staining while stored. This is a great blade but my lust with long range shooting is eating my knife collection. I can upload pics if you’d like.

$PF shipped. Payment via PayPal only. I ship USPS flat rate priority with tracking. If you want signature confirmation or insurance please be willing to pay the couple dollars difference, once it ships it is no longer my responsibility. Know your local knife laws, don’t buy it if you can’t legally own it please.
