Are you not willing to unscrew your scales? I'd be willing to trade the natural micarta scales from my inbound Shiv for your green G-10 scales, seems a lot easier (and safer/cheaper to ship) :).

Up for sale is a HDFK in 3V. Tek lok sheath and OD Micarta scales. Knife is brand new unused. Was purchased from the sale before last.

Hello all I’m just putting a feeler out there for a leather sheath. I have my EDC II coming in a few weeks and although I am sure that the provided kydex is just fine and dandy I just find leather to be more comfortable. Sooo if anyone has a leather sheath made for or will fit the EDC II I would Love to have a look at it and possibly take it off your hands. Rh carry is a must so there’s that. Otherwise I like all the ISP sheaths I see and regular hip carry as well. Let me know what you got. Thanks all. I can emailed at mwramos at att dot net or be reached by text at 210 232-1047. Set of HDFK OD Slim Scales for a set of the normal OD scales (black liner is fine as I believe that is the only config they came in).

Tried these out this weekend and just like the normal fit better. Even though they weren’t my favourite right off I am just so used to them I would like to stick with that size.

Trade is scales for scales, greens for greens ONLY. Standard hardware fits them so no issues with modding there.
Please PM me if you are wanting to try the slims out and have a set to offer.

*Edit: I tried to get a comparison shot with the standard fit on the HDFK but couldn’t capture the difference. Basically they are just a touch thinner; still work in the issued Mashed Cat sheath with just a touch of rattle if that makes sense?

I have a basically unused Field Knife d3v. I just can't warm up to the feel so It needs to go. Has new unbuffed and original buffed natural micarta scales. $sold shipped net me. I'll post pics when I get home. First I'll take it gets it.

Unused, but I did replace the original buffed micarta scales with unbuffed natural micarta. Don't have the buffed scales anymore. The fit in the sheath is a tad loose, no problems with retention, though. Just wanted to give a heads up.

My understanding is that there are only a couple of these around. I'm offering them separate to give a collector who already has a FK a chance to own them. They came new to me and I have not used them other than to fondle. Comes with brand new hardware.

$65$55- Shiv (BuyBrown). Some coating wear to one eyelet on the back.

$55$45- HDFK (Mashed Cat, I believe). I milled slots so I could Velcro it to my bag .

$45$35- Behemoth Chopper (Made by me) The slots/eyelets are pretty close to the edge, will be fine for light/regular use (strapped to a bag, truck carry). Molded to allow forward lanyard use ;).
