I have had a bunch of deals as a seller and a buyer through this thread. Too many in fact to try and go back and highlight anyone without leaving out way to many others. So, I resigned to start using this thread for deals from here forward, and with that said……

I recently bestowed upon kurpak kurpak the honor of dealing with me again. We had done a deal or two in the past as I recall, all positive by the way. He posted a used HDFK and EDC2 combo this past weekend, and I happened to be in the catbird seat at the right time on this combo. He was able to control his giddiness in dealing with me and remained extremely professional, was responsive with clear communication and followed my payment with lightening fast tracking info. The knives have arrived already and appear better than descrided or pictured if that is possible. A top notch transaction from my perspective for certain.

In all seriousness, thanks G, the knives are great and I will look forward to our next interaction down the road.
 
I don't do a ton of wheelin' and dealin' but I do owe a few of my CPK acquisitions to some fine people here.

My HDFK (my first CPK) was bought directly from Jo but it was trevitrace trevitrace who connected me to her. He's a good dude and I've had nothing but positive interactions with him.

My FK2 was acquired through E40 E40 . Offered me a superb blade for a great price - I really appreciated that he wasn't interested in marking it up significantly like he could have. I haven't seen him in awhile though, I hope he's doing ok.

My EDC was obtained from Renato ( untytled untytled ). As always, Renato is a pleasure to deal with and he offered me an exceptional knife in that EDC.

I got a DEK1 Pirtle sheath from Casinostocks Casinostocks . Flawless transaction!

I also acquired a sheath and some extra scales for my EDC from a member here whose name I can't recall - I'll update after I do some digging.


It also goes without saying that Jo is always an absolute pleasure to deal with.
 
While it technically did not happen through the B/S/T thread, it did happen through the CPK sub, so I am counting it and wanted to say a good word about a fellow CPKer!

I recently had an interaction with Haole Haole which ended with me sending him a knife. His communication was great, he sent payment immediately and, unknown to me, included funds above and beyond the agreed upon price to cover any costs on my end. He is a fine, upstanding member of both the CPK sub and BF in general. I will happily look forward with anticipation to our next interaction.
 
I have had the pleasure of acquiring CPK blades from dericdesmond , kurpak , luethge, as well as Nathan the Machinist and Jo the Machinist, all of which were very fair and pleasant transactions. To the others I've purchased from and those that I have sold/traded to here, my apologies in forgetting your names but those experiences were great as well. There are some sht heads here like anywhere but by far the bulk of the interactions I've had here are with good people. Thank you!
 
I recently sold my K18 🗡️ The Widowmaker to Tilo Barth in Germany. Yes, that can be done if handled carefully. Tilo was more than a pleasure to work with to make this happen. I miss the K18, but really all I did with it (except cut myself immediately on its arrival 😞 ) was admire it and pretend to be a Viking 🇳🇴 badass, which is a shame. Meanwhile, Tilo has already put it to use, which is how it should be.

I highly recommend any transaction with Tilo that you might be contemplating.
 
Just wanted to give a shoot out to dtmbinb dtmbinb , he contacted me Friday offering me a his spot in the 10 SDFK race.
I’ve had a few other transactions with some great friends here, but this one is a stand out because I really wanted one but don’t have the bandwidth to make it happen. Thank you Sir for this unexpected help.
