How old is it? I'm afraid to get a Snakewood because the contrast usually fades with age, and maybe that is OK if the pattern is like this!

It's pretty new, hopefully it won't fade too badly.

Very nice, LW! Interesting what they did at the front part of the slab. Not sure whether I see this correctly. Looks like trees bending in the storm :-)
 
Just ordered a small 21 Tanto from TNK, should be here next week. Anyone have one? What do you think?

I like mine, I used to think tanto's were mainly for looks. You know, all badass looking and impressive. Then I got one and now I know they are very functional blades. I have several CRK tanto's now. They can do most everything a clip point blade can do.
 
It's not anywhere close to as cool as the ones you guys are posting, but I have an Inkosi on the way...

They're all pretty damn cool if you ask me :thumbup:
The plains have a style all their own, especially when they have their own personality.
 
Incoming.. looking forward to my second Mnandi to join the family. This one all older style style and in Blackwood.

It's funny, I'm just as excited to get the Inkosi as I was the BHQ CF Inlay knife. All good, just different

Nice! Long story short - I've grown to really like African Blackwood to the point it is my favorite inlay/handle material.

Cool. I have not had anything made from African Blackwood before. I am really looking forward to it. It should be in my hands Wednesday!
