The only downside is then it might have been competing too much with the blade. I'm starting to think it's best as a silver.

I think this way it is well balanced with a little "plus" for the blade, which is great. Otherwise the handle might "steal" the show of the blade. I like it.

I assume its cocobolo since that is what the seller advertised it as such. Box also does not belong as it states snakewood.

Mine arrived!
Not sure if I wanna use it now :D....its handle slabs are from probably the very first batch of 21s (B-08), and its DOBis 9/14/09. I didnt know the DOB when I bought it.
