Honestly it’s one of my favorite knives of all times. Back in the day this was a grail knife for myself and lots of others as well.

I was on the fence about it but wasn’t sure how deep it was. If won’t come out It’ll make a great user anyway!

The thumb-stud is definitely not correct but in the enlarged photos on AZK the blade is straight grained and polished, much like my P.

Yep the stud is from the early Regs. Stud swap maybe?

It doesn't look polished on my screen, but that could well be the way they took the pic. Their pics tend to wash out from exposure.

Lone_Wolfe badmatt thanks for the info! I thought the stud looked off but wouldn’t have considered the blade might have been not original. I assumed that since it was back at CRK for a reissue COA and box it was verified.

I agree. I cant see tho polish in those photos.
