The CRK Anticipation Thread - Show Your 'Inbound's!

I've finally drank the CRKool-aid and have a Sebenza 25 coming in the mail in a few days. It was a tough decision to get either the 25 or an Umnumzaan but I figure I can get myself one in a few months. I've gone a little overboard recently, an XM-18 and a Sebenza 25 for Christmas!

I find having a choice between an XM 18 and a Sebenza 25 a good thing. When I want to "tone it down" a bit, I carry the 25. When "toning it down" isn't important, I carry the XM-18. Both equally capable of any task that you need to use a knife for but one is a little more non-knife-people friendly. I am not sure why since to me they are the same size. I asked my wife which one I should carry one time and she pointed to the 25 and said "the smaller one". Congrats on making the leap into CRK. Some may not agree but he 25 the state of the art when it comes to CRK.

I calleld CRK prior to the order and prepared the written order after that call requesting that all inlays match. Of course there are no gaurantees but they will do their best to fullfil the requested matched set. I even specified I wanted dark colors, greens and blues with lots of figure (never hurts to ask) and now it is written on the order. Fingers crossed and waiting patiently. FYI, I've only called once to check status so I think I'm being patient.
 
This anticipation is going to hurt waiting on this one. Been wanting one for a while. Just purchased from forum member.

Just ordered a small insingo.

I sold off all my CRKs a few months ago and started to miss having one in the collection.

I've been looking at the Sebenzas for a while, and couldn't decide which one I wanted, or if I'd even like the knife. Sounds silly, but I wasn't all sold on the full titanium handles. For less risk if I didn't like it, I ordered a Sage 2, and it's taken the primary pocket time out of all my folders. Only thing I don't like about it, is the size. It's great for most things, but I prefer a longer blade.

Solution... Finally bit the bullet and ordered my first CRK! Decided on a 25, and should have it in under a week! Pretty excited, and I'll bet my wife will be glad I'll stop constantly watching every YouTube video I can find on this knife.

Just placed my order for this one, hopefully it's in stock like the website says, I will give them a call tomorrow to verify.

Gave Wilson a call yesterday just to make sure they had this one in stock. If they didn't I was going to order the Star-Tec but the lady I spoke with said the Stare-Benze was already in the mail, UPS shows delivery on Friday... Guess what my next "planned" purchase will be.

25 inbound (my first 25). No point posting a pic of the knife, but if you could photograph excitement, it's be something to see.

I've been carrying my small micarta insingo for the last few weeks almost uninterrupted. It's the perfect pocket knife, I just love it. I figured if anything might kick it out of my pocket it will be another small insingo. So I have this incoming now.
