The CRK Anticipation Thread - Show Your 'Inbound's!

It finally arrived. I think it looks very nice. I was a little surprised at how big it is compared to a small 21 even though I new what the dimensions were. It is very sharp. I think I have the CRK bug now:), I will keep an eye out for a 'zaan.

I just ordered a small 21 with micarta inlays with double thumb studs. I won't get it until August though. I'm in St. Kitts and you can't ship knives down here, but you can bring them on a plane if you check them (makes no sense, but oh well). My family is visiting in August and I'll have them bring it with them then.
 
I really like Diamond Plate! I wish I had picked 1 up in a large before they were discontinued. I've seen a few on

the exchange in small nothing in large tho.

If you ever want to sell or trade for another CRK let me know.

I have a large Carbon Fiber 21 Sebenza coming in this week from knife art, and I am beyond excited! I actually got my first CRK, a small 21, a few days ago. Even though it is amazing, I found myself wanting just a little more Sebenza. So I took the plunge and ordered a large CF. Needless to say, the anticipation is killing me!

Can anyone offer any tips for a break-in period? Right now it's quite stiff, but I don't want to mess with it if it needs to be used to break in.

*Photo is from the Exchange* This Large Micarta Insingo will be my first CRK so i'm pretty excited. :thumbup: I have seen them go for better prices but i just got bored of checking the exchange every couple minutes everyday (all the great deals seem to get away from me even with my obsessive refreshing :o) so i jumped on this one when i saw it. I think i might send it in for a new lanyard and double lugs but we will see! :p

My first new Sebenza was stiff at first too. On recommendation I took it apart (which I was very nervous to do cause I didn't want to mess it up) cleaned it, threw some fresh lube and now it's :thumbup:

Dont be afraid to take it apart like I was, it's so easy to put back together properly.
 
Boring weekend, so I decided to spice it up by getting my first serrated sebenza and my first micarta... Sweet deal...

 
Well, I had to take advantage of the crk dealer offering 20% off, one last time before the sale ended.....lol. I don't currently have a small 21, so purchased a small 21 reverse silver contrast Lisa's Pick.
 
Drove down to knives Ship Free this Saturday and picked up a Large 21 Micarta Insingo(my first Insingo grind Sebenza), a TSF Gorgon and a green micarta Ambush Alpha.
The Insingo joins it's siblings, a 25 and an Umnumzaan, in rotational RFP carry and the Gorgon rides deep pocket left until I adress the clip retention.
Next up will be a Micarta 25 followed by a CF 25, CF LG Insingo and maybe even a Strider SMF eventually.

BTW, the sale is now 25% until August

Hello Clockman, At the moment I am liking my large 21 and the small as well.
I am in Australia so I don't think it would be easy to trade as our customs laws are quite strict. Though there is some news that they are planning to ease the restrictions on some knives. In the future I might a see about a Zaan and a small insigno but will wait and see, the wallet is empty at the moment:)

Pretty excited on this one.. This will be my 2nd CRK with inlays, first one is a few post on top...

My only regret is, should have ordered them at the same time today. Could have saved me another $40 on shipping and discounts... [emoji20]
