This skinner came out pretty nice.
The blade is made of A2 tool steel with cryo treatment. It is 59HRC, flat ground, mirror polished. The edge is thin and sharp.
The blade is a tad over 4' long, a bit less than an inch at widest and 3/16' thick at the bolster. This is the right size for skinning almost any game. Not too big and handy.
The bolster is brazed form brass. I sculpted the handle from Claro walnut, stabilized it and covered with tung oil. It feels very well in the hand.
The skinner comes with the hand stiched leather sheath. It is right side carry with the belt loop. I tooled it, dyed and polished with carnauba wax. It holds the knife very securely.

I am asking $155 for it, shipped CONUS via USPS Priority Mail. Pay Pal preferred.
SOLD Thank you!

Dmitry, the knife arrived home before I did....... :D

Great knife, Excellent F&F... NICE.....

Something about the shape of this piece, as seen in the second picture; reminds me of pictures I have seen of an Ed Fowler.
And to be clear... all I have ever seen are 'pictures' of a Fowler. :D

One thing, I would humbly suggest that you mark your blades with a 'makers mark'. Use metal stamps if that is all you have.... nothing wrong with that, Chuck Ochs of OX Forge uses them and it has seemed to work for him through the years.

Thanks for the great piece and smooth deal !!!!
