Very exotic piece Andy!

I think this piece is interesting in that it showsw the range of capabilities the custom shop has. It seems that anything from a "plain" polled hawk in the Roger's Rangers tradition, to this very modern and high teh looking piece, and anything inbetween is possible! Totally cool.

P.S., I love my ATC shirt! I wear it proudly, and just yesterday I was wearing it and telling a bunch of people about ATC. T-shirts do get attention!

Cray...thanks for your note.

Yes, we try to do whatever the customer wants. This Axe was loosely based on a custom piece done by our friend Wally Hayes a year or so ago, called the Battle Hawk. However, the customer made several changes to make it "his own", which is what we like to accommodate from our shop.

Enjoy and thanks!

I'm frightened! Seriously, that looks like one wicked beast, great work!

That is so cool! Looks like you guy's are doing great work (as always!) A custom is on my list of things to get.

Andy,
Was that inspired by Wally Hayes's battle hawk? The head looks a lot like one of his models I called him about. Very very nice. I don't think it would be a thrower, but it would chop and shred with the best. Is that a purely custom model or can us common folk buy one?????:D

I presume the customer was inspired by Wally's design. We just went off his drawing and specifications. When you look at them next to eachother, they are pretty different.

It was a custom piece and pretty expensive due to the material. Feel free to get with Justin off-line to explore a quote for yours bud.

I am currenlty having Justin prepare to make my dream blade...
I have tentativly named it GRENDEL.

You will understand when you see it in July. Not revealing anything until then...stay tuned....

You are right, I looked at a picture of the Hawk Wally designed again and they are different, but similar. Both very cool!!
