Benchmade: Model 710
Kershaw: Onion Family Leek
SOG: Tech Bowie (Folding: Trident)
Okay... it HAS to be the SOG bowie. That's what the company is pretty much based on.
Spyderco: Endura (no surprise there)
Delica is the classic spyderco
Byrd (Yes I know it's still Spyderco): Cara Cara
Cold Steel: Voyager
I'd have to go with the trailmaster here
CRKT: M16 series

I'm not sure about the other ones, and I'm not sure if you're asking what we think, or what the flagship model is for any given company.
Here's a couple of no brainers:
CRK: Sebenza
Kabar: Marine fighting knife

Guys... This isn't a "which knife do you like best from each company" thread. This is a "which is the definitive knife from each company" thread.

Old school and newer makers:

Camillus - Mark I or Mark II combat knife
Case - yellow delrin large CV Trapper
Gerber - Mark II fighter (Viet Nam era)
Imperial - Kamp King scout knife
Leatherman - original PST
Marble's - Ideal
Russell - Barlow
U.S. Schrade - 8OT Stockman
Stanley - boxcutter (Sorry - had to throw that one in; one
of my most used cutting tools years ago. ;) )
Victorinox - ALOX Soldier and/or red-scaled Spartan or Climber

thx - cpr
