What I want to know is if I win, what happens after he finishes kicking my ass, which completes the contract for the auction, but I decide to shoot him for being an a**hole? What if one of my buddies shoots him thinking I'm being attacked?

Also, how do I know it's him if he's doing it randomly? What's to stop me from shooting him in self defense before he identifies himself as my Ass Kicker? Better yet, I know I can't cause him harm but what if I am able to block all his attacks? If I don't get an ass kicking, so I get my money back?

That auction has so many holes in the contract, I'm tempted to win it just to see how it turns out. :p
