Dogwood Filet Sword
This “salt water filet sword” was a custom order that the engraver misprinted the boat name on, so I am selling it at a reduced rate. It’s still a phrase to live/fish by.

blade length 9-1/2”
handle length 5”
blade is 1/16” s35vn stainless steel
Handle Jade G-10 over translucent blue liner with 1/4” lanyard tube
I based the design of this knife on research I did with local chefs while working on my boning knife. The combination of a 1/16” blade and s35vn steel make this knife everything a filet knife could be. With such a thin edge profile on a steel this tough, this knife will slice like a dream and do it fish after fish after fish. What some people comment about after using this knife is it’s flexibility and control. The blade yields to lateral pressure then springs back helping it move through complex cuts. This is the filet knife you deserve.
