The farmer's daughter goes naked in Nepal

Weather is a strange thing: 600 km down south from here Prague has practically become an underwater city, while northern Poland where I spent the last three days is so dry that most of the forests are closed for public because of the high risk of forest fire. Last time those people have seen the rain was three weeks ago! Could anyone tell me more about the rain summoning ritual? It could be useful out there:)

ah heck that guy in the pics just doing that for medical reasons! He wanted to find a way to get the blood to flow AWAY from his head during the jump;) :p :D
