In my pockets, SAK compact, cash, lighter, phone
IWB, boker/nealy cocabola specialist and Hinderer kubaton with prybaby, keys and photon freedom
somehow I left without my Spydy g10 standard which would nornmally be clipped to the right front pocket.

Today in my RFP: Kershaw leek in black and white smoke. RRP: Kershaw Vapor2, for hard use.

Also occasionally have a BM mini grip or Spyderco SPOT.
 
Lately I've been carrying a Spyderco Calypso, Jr. clipped in my RF pocket and an Arc AAA flashlight in my watch pocket. If I'm carrying keys then I also have an Inova light and Leatherman P4 Squirt.

other stuff: mini bic in kydex sheath attached to Fox40 whistle, Petzl Tikka Plus, 20 feet of coyote brown paracord, bandanna, wallet, gatco triseps, DMT red pocket stone.
 
Today? Let's see... Benchmade Mini Skirmish, Craftsman/Schrade Large Stockman, Leatherman Charge Ti + bit kit, Peak Matterhorn 3 LED light, Rotring Trio pen/pencil/highlighter, cellphone, wallet.
 
Sebenza, surefire e1e, keychain with a caribiner,photon,and keys. I try to keep it light....oh yeah and i forgot the baby sharpie pen on my keychain too.
 
The new ss delica 4 in rf pocket and a jester dropped in a pocket somewhere. Sometimes a kershaw scallion instead. Waiting to get my hands on a mini cqc7 and a mini grip too.
