Hey guys,
I have up for grabs today one of my machetes. I've decided to call this model the Fell Beast.
These are without a doubt the best tools I've ever made and I'm continually blown away by their performance. This is a machete designed for hard use such as hardwood chopping, batoning, and blazing trails through tough segments of forest. These have unbelieveable chopping power and will out chop anything in its weight class. They also are great for clearing brush and excel at thicker vegetation like blackberries. I'm not even sure this blade is technically a machete. Performance wise, its a whole new breed of tool.
Heres the specs
Steel- 52100 with spring tempered spine and 57-58 RC edge by Peters HT
Length- 23.5in overall
Blade Length- 17.5in
Blade height- 2.45 in
Thickness- .108
Weight-~21 ounces
Finish- Acid wash tumbled flats and satin bevel.
Handle- Stabilized Reptilian Sycamore
This one turned out pretty dang nice except for one mistake on the bevel. The middle portion of the bevel is slightly higher on one side and there are a very light 220 grit sctraches that can be seen on the flats in the correct light. Other than that this one is very attractive. The stabilized sycamore looks amazing in person and is overflowing with greens and deep colors. I wish I could photograph it better. The handle is absolute DYNAMITE in hand. The scales are extremely thick and fill out the hand perfectly.
All machetes come with a lifetime warranty against breakage or extreme damage that may occur during use. If you break it or damage it I will repair it or get you a new one and pay your shipping both ways. With that said, please be responsible, while these blades are unbelievably tough, and blade can be broken with abuse.
Price is \--NOW $$199 with nice kydex sheath + actual shipping cost which is around $16 Money order is fine as well or Personal Check if I know you. PM me or email at Huntsmanknifeco AT gmail DOT com.
Light scratches
