The fighter with edge of Damascus

Awesome Claudio! That is one beautiful fighting blade... Superb package. You are always able to notch it up with each and every knife.

You are a master of your craft, Claudio. I've never seen anything from you I didn't like and this fighter is no exception. Salem said it best. Bravo!

Coño!! That's one awesome fighter Claudio. One usually sees san mai with a centered damascus pattern and plain steel near the edge(s). The inverted effect looks very attractive.

That is very attractive. Thanks for sharing.

As big as it is, I think a lot of steel must have gone into that one. How much does it weigh?

Thank you very much to all for the very encouraging comments! They are incentive for further progress with each job.

Oh yeah, thats a cool bowie. Love the damascus core and locked in handle. Also the way the stylish guard locks into the sheath.

The weight is 25oz ( 700 grams)
The blade thickness is 0.31" at its thickest part, tapering toward the tip.
Best Regards and thanks,
Claudio

Awsome piece, Claudio! Love the guard and blade profile. The dark color scheme with the contrasting stainless is a real winner IMO:thumbup:

And to think...If I hadn't flown into Munich yesterday... Claudio, each piece you produce I like more than the last.

Powerful, with great curves and contrasts. Bowie or whatever, it has a lot of Persian influence - a good thing. Great work.
