The find of the day

I thought I'd start a thread for showing off the great items we find from day to day. Today I found this piece of ivory at the Portland Antique Expo.

I found 8" of railroad track for 50¢ at a garage sale yesterday. Nice, portable anvil for minis!

I got 4 feet of 132 lb/yard rail the other day from the Norfolk/Southern guys working on the tracks near our house. --free.

Other than that, nuthin too exciting.

I found 2 3x4' sheets of 1/4" brown micarta by the dumpster at my work the other day, they live in my shop now.

My boss told me today to take the two 7.5hp 3ph motors I've been eyeballing...

I'll either trade em, or I can get $.50 a pound for them at 125# each, or fleabay em...

Also, how could I forget my major find! 26 4ft four bulb fixtures and 15 2ft 4 bulb fixtures. With bulbs. Also free.

If you ever get anywhere near Kerby, OR you'd be a fool to pass this place by. SOOO much fun even my wife enjoyed herself.
