The Fire Drill. Have you used it?

McPherson's books are great. If you want a more weighty volume, try "Naked into the Wilderness" Primitive Wilderness Living & Survival Skills by John and Geri McPherson. It really is a great book and it combines the pamphlets they've written and then some.
