Dropped to $229 + 12 shipping fee.
Spent A LOT of time on this one, but I think you’ll like it.

Steel is 5160 Spring Steel.

Heat Treatment:
Heated in a forge to approximately 1500 to 1550 degrees Fahrenheit, until blade became nonmagnetic, then quenched in 125 degree quality oil. Tempered the blade to a straw hardness @ 425 degrees for 1 hour, letting it air cool and repeating once more. Blade was file tested and is shown to be very hard.

Finish: Fine satin finished.
Handle: Handle is made of Maple.
Weight: 20 oz.
Sheath: Sheath is hand stitched out of dark brown gator hide and comes with knife. You may also choose the thicker brown leather hide sheath shown on the belt below.

Measurements:
Total Length: 12", Blade Length=8", Blade Width=2 ¼”, Blade Thickness= 3/8"
Handle Length: 4", Handle Width: 1 ¼ "

Drropped to $229 plus $12 shipping fee.
Asking $249 (includes sheath) plus $12 shipping fee, if shipped in the US. You can send through Paypal to ScorpionBows@mchsi.com or mail M/O to our address (see web site for address).

I cut out several blanks for this knife, so there can be more than one available, once this one sells.

Below are pictures of the finished knife.

Thanks

Ya. I do it free hand with a 4” angle grinder. Thanks for the compliments. I need them. My hands are killing me (this knife gave me lots of cuts)

Made a 2nd thicker leather sheath, that is also available if you would like something other than the gator hide. Added pictures of it on a belt.

I would not own one - but man I sure can appreciate the work that went into it. I think this is more of a work of art than a worker! :)

EDIT: I should not have followed the link in your sig. Those bows are something I WOULD own! Great craftsmanship and good prices.

Thanks man. Prices are for the working man! One of those bows has your name written all over it. :D

Impressive work, but the audience here may have more traditional tastes as knife consumers. You might have better luck selling a dramatic design like that on theee bay.

If you could hold this beautiful knife in your hand… the heaviness (20oz!), the balance, it fits perfect in your hand, you would know you are getting your money’s worth. The pictures don’t do it justice. I added the weight to the ad.
