I see the holes for the pocket clip :thumbup:

those relief grinds,do you
find it effects the tension on the
lockbar where you do the grind on them?
(maybe thats what they are for?)

Without them you can't move it. Even with lock cut. It also gives it the spring quality.
 
This thing is just pinned togother to work, I'm workin out some details, with stainless frames till I'm ready to lay down the jet to Ti frames

Imo, there's nothing wrong with stainless -except the weight. It's stronger than titanium and more wear resistant (so the lock bar won't eventually end up on the other side of the frame over the years).

It weighed a ton
These protos are 6.6 oz. Or 180 something grams.
