It does look a little different than Idaho's, but it's hard to say. I believe only the first 15 or so SH's came out of the shop this way.

Holy Slashin' Steel Hearts!! That is a delightfully radical drop on the SH-E handle. It looks like it is about halfway to being a baby khukri. :cool: Thanks for digging that pic out of your archive for us.
 
I got that pic from Sharper Instinct over a year ago IIRC. At that time, it was the pic representing all the SH-E's; I guess that was before they changed to the newer version. I posted it both times in my SH lineage threads....maybe that's where you're remembering it from, Idaho?
 
Okay, Teach the dummy. What does IIRC mean??? In my world it stands for the Rockwell hardness (Rc) of a Steel Heart II. What does it mean in everybody elses world???:confused: :confused: :confused:
