The G-10 on a Pocket Hobbit

I just recieved my new Pocket Hobbit and the G-10 looks like it was sanded down, are all like that?

I bought a new Pocket Hobbit a couple of months ago. The scales on mine seem fine. They are the same as those on my Carnivore. Are you referring to sanding at the edges? If so, that could be an effort to make the knife more comfortable.

I had problems with the roughly finished edge of the G-10 scales on a Sifu. Fiberglass splinters on the inside of my fingers was very uncool.
