But, I gotta tell you, last time I sliced one of those, I did in fact use a machete - honestly!
Okay, honesty time. We 'need' some knives... a 119 would likely fall in this category, as it really is useful. We 'want' some knives - the 120 falls here for most - including me. We then have to validate the purchase of a 'want' by finding a chore it can accomplish a bit better than a knife we already possess. Therein is the fun. Of course, you have to have the 'want' item to undergo such testing... and failure is not an option, of course. Remember, the 120 can always be presented as that pygmy broad sword...

Edit - post dinner: My m-i-l let me use my general on the Bird. She said "My knife is serrated and will saw better than that!" , and ushered me aside - after one slice. Her work produced slabs - my slice was a shaving. Her rationale got to me... gotta admit - I wanted the slabs, not my shaving! I was impressed with the General.
