"THE" Gladius

That thing is so impressive you should keep it and take it to all your shows.

Get feedback from people to see if it would sell and it's just plain friggin' COOL, I know I would not be able to resist heading over and checking it out, no way.

The name came from the shop.
Pics are not that great. I will try and get some outside tomorrow.
Right now on the fence if I am going to keep it or not.
Combat Grade for comparison.
A full 10" longer.
Thanks for looking.

Congratulations on a heck of a score Bill, I would keep it just for how unique it is and to bring to the shows!

Wow, that is the first piece of INFI I have seen to possibly beat the Chuckette for overall size. I am not sure which one is bigger or weighs more, but they are both awesome in their own right and that Gladius Maximus is satin on top of it. I had the opportunity to hold the Chuckette at Blade '12, it would be really sweet to hold it with THE Gladius in the other hand someday for comparison. I may be wrong, but I don't think this thread can have too much awesome INFI swordage in it, so for the newer guys here is a pic of the other huge INFI sword out there for reference!

What you don't realize is that THE Gladius is a mini prototype for the mysterious "Pig in a Poke".

Not to shabby!!! Don't drop that sucker on your foot or anyone else foot!!! Looks like a keeper to me!!!
Pics look just fine!!!

Congrats roenman! That is one AWESOME piece of INFI!!!!!!!!!!

Somebody at the Custom Shop <Cough! Garth, Cough!> must have been watching the new show "Big Giant Swords" on the Discovery Channel!!! :D

Congratulations Bill, that's very cool!

...
Is the width/thickness of the blade and the handle size the same as a standard Gladius?
Looks bigger in all respects from pics?
I thought it was bigger (wider) too until I looked at the last photo.
